These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Haku Tool (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

  • The Service provides free web-based tools, including calculators, converters, and generators.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice.

2. Acceptable Use

  • You must use the Service in compliance with applicable law.
  • You must not interfere with service integrity, perform abusive automation, attempt unauthorized access, or conduct security attacks.

3. No Professional Advice

  • Outputs are provided for general informational purposes only.
  • The Service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment, or other professional advice.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise stated, site design, branding, text, and original code are owned by the Service operator or licensors.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from protected content except as allowed by law or license.

5. Third-Party Services and Advertising

  • The Service may include third-party services, links, and advertisements (including Google AdSense).
  • Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Open-Source Software Notice

  • The Service uses open-source software, including but not limited to: Next.js (MIT), React (MIT), React DOM (MIT), Luxon (MIT), SunCalc (BSD-2-Clause), countries-and-timezones (MIT), city-timezones (MIT), QRCode (MIT), and lucide-react (ISC).
  • Copyright and license rights for open-source components remain with their respective authors.
  • Where required by license, notices and license texts are provided in project dependencies and/or linked upstream repositories.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
  • If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent allowed by applicable law.

9. Indemnity

  • You agree to defend and indemnify the Service operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
